Delivery

Bank holidays:

No deliveries will be made during a bank holiday period. For timely delivery, please ensure orders are placed by the preceding Tuesday. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.

Standard delivery options
Standard UK delivery

Enjoy free delivery to any UK postal address on orders over £50. For orders under £50, there's a £5.99 delivery charge. This is our default delivery option for UK orders.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within three working days if placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday. During peak times, dispatch may take longer. For more information, contact our team at hello@cutlerandsmyth.com

The process

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email confirming dispatch. Our courier will contact you via email and SMS (if you have provided a mobile number) to share your tracking number and delivery details. A delivery arrangement card will be left if there's no response during delivery attempts. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to Cutler & Smyth.

Age verification on delivery

Challenge 25 is implemented, requiring anyone over 18 but appearing under 25 to carry acceptable ID for age-restricted goods. Acceptable ID includes a passport, photo card driving license, or national identity cards from other countries.

Security and liability

Our courier ensures correct signing for goods, and cutlerandamyth.com is not liable for customer-issued delivery instructions. Insurance covers lost/damaged/stolen parcels during transit and courier care. Once signed for, responsibility shifts to the recipient.

For seamless service, ensure billing details match your card statement, and accurate contact details are provided. Standard fraud prevention and age checks apply.

Returns

You may return any purchased items to us for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Ensure that the returned items are securely packed and sent in the original undamaged packaging, unused, and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed upon safe receipt and inspection of the returned items. Failure to meet these conditions will result in a non-refundable purchase.

To initiate a return, please inform us by sending an email to hello@cutlerandsmyth.com including your order number. We welcome any additional feedback you can provide at this stage.

Upon notification, we will provide you with a returns form, along with the returns address and instructions. Complete the form and return the unwanted goods accordingly. Note that unauthorised returns will not be processed.

The costs associated with returning unwanted purchases will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Do not send any items to our office address, as this may cause delays in processing your return.

Cutler & Smyth will not assume responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage. Therefore, we strongly recommend using
