Delivery
Our order will be delivered the next day via DPD which is trackable, insured, and requires a signature. It will arrive in protective, tubular Cutler & Smyth packaging, with knife care guidance and a personalised note. For non-UK deliveries, we use UPS but can accommodate other services if needed.

Bladed age-restricted items can only be delivered to the address on the shipping label, including commercial building receptions. A signature is required upon delivery, and our 'Challenge 25' policy mandates photo ID if the recipient looks under 25 to verify they are over 18. These items can be delivered to another adult over 18 at the same address, but not to a neighbour or safe place. If no adult over 18 is available or valid ID isn't shown, the item will be returned for re-delivery the next day. Accepted IDs include a passport, driver’s licence, or CitizenCard. Without a valid ID, the driver will not deliver the parcel.

If your knife arrives damaged, please contact us for free repairs. All our knives come with a lifetime guarantee, so we're always here to help.

Our knife packaging is made in Britain from 100% recycled board and is fully recyclable. The cork insert, responsibly sourced, can be home composted when cut into small pieces.

All our knives come with a full lifetime guarantee. We also offer knife reconditioning for a small fee. Please note that the guarantee will be automatically invalidated if you put your knife through the dishwasher.
